1️⃣ Strategy (0–2 points)

Are they directionally sound, or just winging it?

Evaluate on:

• Vision & Mission Alignment – Do they clearly articulate where they are going and why?

• Business & Financial Maturity – Pricing logic, sustainability, runway, and seriousness

• 0 – No clear strategy, reactive, survival mode

• 1 – Some direction, but fuzzy or inconsistent

• 2 – Clear vision, aligned goals, financially sensible

2️⃣ Structure (0–2 points)

Can they deliver reliably, or does everything depend on one hero?

Evaluate on:

• Team Structure – Roles, ownership, accountability

• Location & Availability – Time zones, responsiveness, continuity

• 0 – Ad-hoc, person-dependent, chaotic

• 1 – Semi-structured, still fragile

• 2 – Well-defined structure with backup capacity

3️⃣ System (0–2 points)

Do they run on systems or on WhatsApp messages? 

Evaluate on:

• Workflow & Process Automation – Tools, SOPs, repeatability

• Governance & Reporting – Reviews, documentation, escalation paths

• 1 – Partial systems, inconsistent usage

• 2 – Mature workflows with automation & visibility

4️⃣ Skill (0–2 points)

Do they have real capability or just buzzwords?

Evaluate on:

• Core Skill Depth – Technical, domain, or delivery expertise

5️⃣ Staff (0–2 points)

Can they scale with you, or will growth break them?

Evaluate on:

• Team Size & Flexibility – Current capacity + bench strength

• 1 – Small team, limited scaling

• 2 – Scalable team with growth readiness

Score Meaning

0–3 🚨 High Risk – Avoid unless unavoidable

4–6 ⚠️ Conditional – Engage with safeguards

7–8 ✅ Reliable – Strong execution partner

9–10 ⭐ Strategic Partner – Long-term bet
